Our online platform enables a streamlined HR procedure, letting recruiters connect easily with pre-selected top candidates and schedule interviews on the day of the virtual event.

Early Access Talentpool

Our new virtual event takes place 6 months ahead of the in person Campus Interviews. Get early access to high-potential candidates of diverse backgrounds during the spring semester ready to launch their careers.

Pre-scheduled Interviews

Skip the small talk. After selecting candidates, conduct pre-organized, scheduled online interviews with 8+ candidates on the day of the event. Our past events have shown a 90% success rate with companies hiring 1-2 candidates per session
